Dispute Resolution

The decision of the arbitrator will be final and binding. Any arbitrator must be a neutral party acceptable to both parties.

Notwithstanding any other provision in these Terms and Conditions, you and Polpo Group MEP, LLC agree that both retain the right to bring an action in small claims court and to bring an action for injunctive relief or intellectual property infringement.

Severability

If at any time any of the provisions set forth in these Terms and Conditions are found to be inconsistent of invalid under applicable laws, those provisions will be deemed void and will be removed from these Terms and Conditions. All other provisions will be affected by the removal and the rest of these Terms and Conditions will be considered valid.

1. Program Description

When opted-in, you will receive text messages (SMS/MMS) to your mobile number. These kinds of messages may include responses to a quote, estimate, or service inquiry, real-time texts to ask and answer questions about our services and pricing, appointment scheduling and confirmations, feedback requests, project updates, follow up, promotions, and billing reminders. Messaging frequency varies.

2. Program Frequency

You can expect to receive 3-5 messages per month from us. This number may increase depending on your interaction with us.

3. Opt Out

You can opt out of this service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the phone number. After you text "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS reply to confirm that you have been unsubscribed.
